If the artist you have selected is unavailable, Dreame reserves the right to substitute another artist who is substantially similar in talent and scope.
Your dream art may be used in future marketing and other purposes in the course of business. It will not be shared with third parties, including advertisers.
We take seriously the privacy of our customers including proprietary information, and we work daily to ensure the protection of your personal and payment-related data. We never sell, share or disclose your personal information.
Your dream art will include your signature if you choose but your identity will remain confidential and you will not be identified with the dream art without your prior consent.
Your dream art will be delivered within the time stated on the artist profile page
from your entry of dream confirmation and payment unless you are advised otherwise.
Your dream art is guaranteed to be custom produced, unique and original.
The artist and Dreame retain all intellectual property rights in the art including the right to reproduce, distribute or sell the rights to the dream art. If you are interested in purchasing a sublicense to distribute dream art commercially, including reproducing the art online or off, please contact info@dreame.me for sublicensing terms and pricing.
All disputes arising from the use of this product or its services shall be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Israel without regard to the conflicts of laws rules thereof and all binding arbitration shall be brought in Israel using Laws of Arbitration laws.
